Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you promptly to keep you updated.
Shipping Method & Rate
We offer Express Post shipping Australia-wide for a flat rate of $28.
This includes:
· Express delivery of your hire item to your address
· A prepaid return satchel for easy return after your event
All items are sent via Australia Post Express to ensure quick and reliable delivery.
Delivery Timing
Your hire will be sent to arrive 1–2 days before your event date.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as signature may be required upon delivery.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Returns
A prepaid Express Post return satchel is included with every hire order.
Simply place your dress in the provided satchel and lodge it over the counter at any Australia Post outlet on the first business day after your event.
Late returns may incur additional fees as outlined in our hire terms.
Local Pickup (Hervey Bay, QLD)
Local customers can collect and return their hire directly from our Hervey Bay studio by appointment — no shipping fee applies.

Hire Return Policy
Return Deadline
All hired dresses must be lodged at an Australia Post outlet using the provided prepaid Express Post satchel on the first business day after your event.
For example, if your event is on a Saturday, your return must be lodged by Monday.
Late Returns
Timely returns are essential so each dress can be prepared for its next booking.
If your return is lodged late, a late fee of $25 per day may apply until the item is scanned as lodged by Australia Post.
If the dress is not returned within 7 days, the full retail replacement cost may be charged.
Lost or Missing Returns
If your return parcel is lost in transit after being lodged over the counter, you will not be held responsible—Australia Post tracking must show the parcel as lodged.
If the return satchel is not used or not lodged correctly, you may be liable for the replacement value of the garment.
Condition of Returned Items
All dresses are cleaned after each hire.
Please do not attempt to clean or repair the garment yourself.
Minor marks or wear are expected, but significant damage, tears, or stains may incur repair or replacement fees at our discretion.
Local Returns (Hervey Bay, QLD)
If you’ve collected your dress from our Hervey Bay studio, please return it in person by 5pm on the first business day after your event unless otherwise arranged.
